Clean your skin every evening - The skin pores get blocked dust to exposure to air pollution, wind, sun, air conditioning, dirt and grime from our fingers.

It is really important to remove stale make-up, perspiration, dirt, dust, excess oil etc. Use a good, natural cleanser that removes only the impurities without stripping the skin of nutrients and moisture.

Moisturizing
Monitoring helps to protect your skin from daily pollutants. Moisturizing morning and evening with a natural moisturizer hydrates, moisturizes and protects the skin.

Body Care
Before Shower: Body brushing helps exfoliate, tone and stimulate the skin as well as helping the natural drainage of our lymph glands. Dry body brushing before a shower with a natural bristle brush. Always brush upwards to the heart in quick, rhythmic strokes and brush down to the heart when you reach the shoulder/neck area.
After Shower: Apply body lotion. Water is a natural hydration for the skin.

Tips for Healthy Teeth

  1. Clean your teeth after eating by toothbrush and dental floss. Use a correct toothbrush, and brush and floss correctly.
  2. Visit the dentist regularly. Periodontal disease of gums is common in adults and in older people. The dentist can remove plaque from teeth, reducing the number of bacteria - a key to helping prevent tooth decay and gum disease.
  3. If you experience the following, then you have chances of a periodontal disease:
    Gums bleeding during brushing
    Red and/or swollen gums
Gums that have pulled away from the teeth, Pus between the teeth and gums
    Bad breath
    Loose teeth.
  4. Don't ignore gums that bleed when you brush or floss or changes in the way your teeth fit together when you bite.
  5. Ask your dentist about cosmetic options for improving the appearance of teeth that are stained or chipped.
  6. Don't use tobacco products; they can increase your risk of gum disease and cancer of the mouth and throat.
  7. Don't chew on hard objects that could crack a tooth.
  8. Wear a mouth guard when playing active sports.
  9. Eat a balanced diet for good overall health, selecting a variety of foods from the five main food groups (bread, cereals, and other grain products; fruits; vegetables; meat, poultry, fish and alternatives; milk, cheese, and yogurt), and limit snacks.
  10. Eating sweetened cereals dry is bad for teeth, always add milk.
  11. Drinking frequent cups of tea or coffee with sugar added will increase the risk of teeth decay.
  12. When less saliva is available on very hot days, one should not consume foods containing sugars that stick in the teeth.
  13. Chewable vitamin C tablets with or without sugar are acidic and are a hazard for not only children’s teeth but also to adult's teeth. Do not use lemon juice for whitening because vitamin C will cause the teeth to lose calcium damaging teeth quicker than anything else.
  14. Tips for Babies teeth
    • Don't give babies a bottle containing milk, juice or a formula in bed, this is a not good for their teeth. The sugars from milk or juice around the mouth for long periods can lead to decay in a baby’s little teeth.
    • Prolonged breast feeding with small feeds every few minutes can also lead to tooth decay.
    • When babies get teeth, it is important to give them foods to chew. Young children need help to clean their teeth properly.
Simple tips for healthy teeth as recommended by American Dental Association are given below.
  1. Brush your teeth twice daily with fluoride toothpaste and clean between your teeth daily with floss or an interdental cleaner. This takes just a few minutes a day. Use a correct toothbrush, and brush and floss correctly.
  2. Eat a balanced diet for good overall health, selecting a variety of foods from the five main food groups (bread, cereals, and other grain products; fruits; vegetables; meat, poultry, fish and alternatives; milk, cheese, and yogurt), and limit snacks.
  3. See your dentist regularly for a dental examination and professional cleaning - a key to helping prevent tooth decay and gum disease.
  4. If you experience the following, then you have chances of a periodontal disease: Gums bleeding during brushing
    Red and/or swollen gums
Gums that have pulled away from the teeth, Pus between the teeth and gums
    Bad breath
    Loose teeth
  5. Ask your dentist about cosmetic options for improving the appearance of teeth that are stained or chipped.
  6. Don't use tobacco products; they can increase your risk of gum disease and cancer of the mouth and throat.
  7. Don't chew on hard objects that could crack a tooth.
  8. Don't ignore gums that bleed when you brush or floss or changes in the way your teeth fit together when you bite.
  9. Wear a mouth guard when playing active sports.

Automatic Teller Machines - ATM

An automatic teller machine or ATM allows a bank customer to conduct their banking transactions from almost every other ATM machine in the world. As is often the case with inventions, many inventors contribute to the history of an invention, as is the case with the ATM. Read each page of this article to learn about the many inventors behind the automatic teller machine or ATM.

Luther Simjian vs John Shepherd-Barron vs Don Wetzel

In 1939, Luther Simjian patented an early and not-so-successful prototype of an ATM.
However, some experts have the opinion that James Goodfellow of Scotland holds the earliest patent date of 1966 for a modern ATM, and John D White (also of Docutel) in the US is often credited with inventing the first free-standing ATM design. In 1967, John Shepherd-Barron invented and installed an ATM in a Barclays Bank in London. Don Wetzel invented an American made ATM in 1968.
However, it wasn't until the mid to late 1980s that ATMs became part of mainstream banking.

Luther Simjian's ATM

Luther Simjian came up with the idea of creating a "hole-in-the-wall machine" that would allow customers to make financial transactions. In 1939, Luther Simjian applied for 20 patents related to his ATM invention and field tested his ATM machine in what is now Citicorp. After six months, the bank reported that there was little demand for the new invention and discontinued its use.

Luther Simjian Biography 1905 - 1997

Luther Simjian was born in Turkey on January 28, 1905. While he studied medicine at school, he had a life-long passion for photography. In 1934, the inventor moved to New York.
Luther Simjian is best known for his invention of the Bankmatic automatic teller machine or ATM, however, Luther Simjian's first big commercial invention was a self-posing and self-focusing portrait camera. The subject was able to look a mirror and see what the camera was seeing before the picture was taken.
Luther Simjian also invented a flight speed indicator for airplanes, an automatic postage metering machine, a colored x-ray machine, and a teleprompter. Combining his knowledge of medicine and photography, Luther Simjian invented a way to project images from microscopes, and methods of photographing specimens under water.
Luther Simjian started his own company called Reflectone to further develop his inventions.

The Story of ROMEO & JULIET

Based on the play by William Shakespeare, as told by Bart Marks
In the town of Verona lived two families, the Capulets and the Montagues, engaged in a bitter feud. Among the Montagues was Romeo, a hot-blooded lad with an eye for the ladies.
One day, Romeo was recounting for his friends his love for Rosaline, a haughty beauty from a well-to-do family. Romeo's friends chided him for his "love of love" but agreed to a plan to attend the feast of the Capulets', a costume party where Rosaline was expected to make an appearance. The disguises would provide Romeo and his friends a bit of sport and the opportunity to gaze undetected upon the fair Rosaline. Once there, however, Romeo's eyes fell upon Juliet, and he thought of Rosaline no more.

Asking around to learn the identity of Juliet, Romeo's voice is recognized by Tybalt, a member of the Capulet clan. Tybalt calls for his sword, but the elder Capulet intervenes, insisting that no blood be shed in his home. So Romeo is tolerated long enough to find an opportunity to speak to Juliet alone, still unaware of her identity.

He begs for an opportunity to kiss her hand. She relents. He presses his case, desiring her lips. She has no breath to stop him. Interrupted by the girl's nurse, Romeo learns the name of his heart's desire: Juliet Capulet.

The vision of Juliet now invades his every thought. Unable to sleep, Romeo returns late that night to the bedroom window of his love, hiding in the bushes below. There, he is surprised to find Juliet on the balcony, professing her love for him and wishing that he were not a Montague.

O Romeo, Romeo! Wherefore art thou Romeo?
Deny thy father and refuse thy name. . .
What's a Montague? It is nor hand, nor foot,
Nor arm, nor face, nor any other part
Belonging to a man. O, be some other name!
What's in a name? That which we call a rose
By any other name would smell as sweet. .
Romeo appears from the bushes, ready to deny his name and profess his love. The two agree to meet at nine o-clock the next morning to be married.

Early the next morning, Romeo appears at the cell of Friar Lawrence begging the friar to marry him to Juliet. Friar Lawrence does not take Romeo seriously at first, but he is soon impressed with Romeo's sincerity. The Friar agrees to perform the ceremony, praying that the union might someday put an end to the feud between the two households. Still, he advises Romeo keep the marriage a secret for a time. Romeo and Juliet are married.

On the way home, Romeo chances upon his friend Mercutio arguing with Tybalt in the public square. Spying Romeo, Tybalt tries to taunt him into a fight. Romeo has no desire to harm the kinsman of his new wife. Mercutio is stunned and embarrassed by Romeo's soft words and draws his sword. Romeo tries to restrain his friend, but Tybalt thrusts his sword underneath Romeo's arm, stabbing Mercutio. Tybalt then flees with his friends. The wound is worse than at first suspected. "Ask for me tomorrow," says Mercutio, "and you shall find me a grave man." He dies.

Tybalt returns still cursing the unexpectedly reluctant Romeo. But Romeo is reluctant no longer, drawing his sword and slaying Tybalt. The moment Tybalt falls, Romeo realizes he has made a terrible mistake: "O, I am fortune's fool!"

Desperate, Romeo rushes to Friar Lawrence who advises him to travel to Mantua until things cool down. He promises to inform Juliet.

Juliet receives the news of Tybalt's death and Romeo's exile. She dares not mention her marriage to her father now. Then, she receives more bad news. Her father has decided it is time for her to marry. He has selected a suitor: Paris, a kinsman of Mercutio.

Juliet, too, rushes to Friar Lawrence for counsel. The good Friar launches an elaborate plot. Juliet should agree to marry Paris. She will then take a sleeping potion, which will simulate death for three days. Her body will be placed in a tomb while she is mourned, and the Friar will send word to Romeo. Romeo will arrive in time to rescue her. The celebration over her return to life will provide an opportunity to explain about the marriage and the circumstances surrounding Tybalt's death.

The plot proceeds according to plan, and the wedding preparations for Paris and Juliet give way to solemn funeral arrangements. But the Friar's letter to Romeo fails to reach him before he hears of Juliet's death. Romeo obtains a poison from an apothecary and travels to Verona.

Under the cover of darkness, he breaks into Juliet's tomb. They are alone for only a moment. Paris, who also had come to mourn Juliet, interrupts, and believing Romeo to be a grave robber, draws his sword. The two men fight, and Paris is killed. Dying, Paris asks that his body be placed next to Juliet's. Only now recognizing Paris, the guilt stricken Romeo obliges.

Then Romeo kisses the lips of his Juliet one last time.

Eyes, look your last.
Arms, take your last embrace.
And, lips, O you the doors of breath,
Seal with a righteous kiss
A dateless bargain to engrossing death

Romeo thanks the apothecary for his skill and drinks the poison.

The effects of the sleeping potion wear off, and Juliet awakens calling for Romeo. Finding him next to her, dead, with a cup in his hand, she guesses what has transpired. She tries to kiss the poison from his lips, but failing that, unsheathes his dagger and plunges it into her breast.

Friar Lawrence learns that Romeo has not received his letter and rushes to Juliet's tomb to rescue her. He discovers the tomb already open and finds the sad contents within. Soon the Friar is joined by the Night Watchman, who had been alerted to the disturbance. Then the families gather around the star-crossed lovers. The Friar's mournful account of their death shames the two families into ending their feud forever.

Make Pen Drive To Reset Windows 7 Password

Most of us have a PC at home and one at work. We use our work PC most of the times and home PC comparatively less. Did it ever happen to you that you forgot your Windows 7 Password ? Maybe you go for a month long vacations or business trip and when you are back, you may forget some of your passwords to the home Windows 7 PC.

We tend to have lots of passwords at work, online and at various computers. So to save yourself from a locked out situation, we recommend that you create a password reset disk.

In this article, I will share with you a very simple method to create a Windows 7 Password Reset Pen Drive. So next time you are locked out of Windows 7 at the login screen, you can plug in this USB pen drive in your computer and reset the Windows Password.

To create a Windows 7 Password reset pen drive, I advice to have a small capacity pen drive which is cheap and you should keep it at a safe place, but not so safe that you forget where you kept it when you need it sometime in future.

Follow these simple steps:

Step 1. Insert a pen drive (backup any data if present on the pen drive and delete everything). Then go to Windows 7 Start Menu and type “create password reset disk” in the start menu search and launch the program “Create a password reset disk ” which will be highlighted in the search results.

Step 2. Just follow the simple Password reset Wizard as seen below, by selecting the pen drive from a list of drives it will show you. Note: If you have not inserted a Pen Drive before launching the utility, it will not work and will give an error. If the pen drive is in place, you will see Wizard something like the images below. It will also ask for your current password to create a password reset pen drive.

Step 3. Now you simple need to keep this drive at a safe place. You can use this in case you forget your Windows 7 Password sometime in future, just click forgotten password on the login screen and choose the option to Reset Password after inserting this pen drive into any of the working USB ports of your computer.

NOTE: Windows will honor only the most recent Password reset disk that you have created, so in case you happen to create more than one disk, only the one which is latest will work, all other old password reset disk will not be able to reset the Windows 7 Password.

If you have not created a reset disk and have forgotten your password, you can still reset the password using some utilities like Windows Password Recovery Tool. But these processes may cost you little money if you need to buy a software to do that. So to avoid any inconvenience later, we recommend that you create a password reset disk.

Convert any Folder into almost anything.

This is done by adding their respective registry keys to the folder’s name. After this when you’ll double click on the folder, either Control Panel, Recycle Bin, My Computer or Internet Explorer will open according to your choice. Actually that folder is then treated by Windows as a link to any of these four. The folder will remain intact with all its data and no one can access that folder via Windows. It can only be accessed via Command Prompt or some third party app.

To Convert Folder Into Contol Panel, Rename With Adding
    .{21EC2020-3AEA-1069-A2DD-08002B30309D}

To Convert Folder Into Recycle Bin, Rename With Adding
    .{645FF040-5081-101B-9F08-00AA002F954E}

To Convert Folder Into My Computer, Rename With Adding
.{20D04FE0-3AEA-1069-A2D8-08002B30309D}

To Convert Folder Into Internet Explorer, Rename With Adding
.{871C5380-42A0-1069-A2EA-08002B30309D}

Eg:- If you have a folder ABC, to convert it into Control Panel, rename the folder as
ABC.{21EC2020-3AEA-1069-A2DD-08002B30309D} After this, the key should disappear and act as an attribute. And if it doesn’t, then also no problem, as the folder will start working the way you want it to.

To re-enable your folder to be accessible via Windows, go to command prompt and rename the folder there. Eg:- If the folder is in C:TempABC, then get to C:Temp in the command prompt and type:
ren ABC.{21EC2020-3AEA-1069-A2DD-08002B30309D} ABC

(Command Prompt supports CLIPBOARD. Copy-Paste will work there.)
Your folder will be back to normal state.
This method can be used to protect any data, but it will not provide reliable security to the data.
You can also search the registry for more relevant keys like these.

Breaking In Windows XP Password

Method 1:

If you have an administrator account (Not Guest)

then the XP users’ passwords can be reset using command prompt.

Go to the task-bar and click on the Start button, then click on run and in the place given on dialog box type “command”, press enter.

Now In the Command prompt type “net user”
the screen will display the list of users available on machine

suppose there are three administrator users with the name of admin1, admin2 and admin3

then the password of any user can be changed by logging into the account of any one administrator

for example if we want to change the password of admin1

then we can change it from the following command

net user admin1 password

similarly for other desired users

The general syntax is for changing password is

net user

Limitations: The above method will only work if you are logged in as the administrator user.

Method 2:

Windows Recovery option,

Boot from the Windows XP CD and press enter when you are prompted to Install Windows copy, on the next screen there is a repair existing Windows version. This method is also known as windows recovery method,

The repair option will take as much time as the installation would have taken because the Windows file-system is replaced including the SAM file where the password is stored.

C:WindowsSystem32configsam

whereas the users’ setting remain untouched.

Thus the users’ password is reset to NULL value.

#In repair mode you have another hole to modify the password. It is easier. The steps are as following.

Boot from xp bootable. After license agreement is done(pressing f8) select the target window for repair.

After file copy completed machine will restart. And repair process will start. You will see ‘installing devices’ 39 minutes left etc. at bottom left of yourscreen.

Now press Shift+f10.A console(command window) will open.

type nusrmgr.cpl and hit enter. This will let you to enter in the user account setting. Now change the password. You will not be asked for old password. Just type the new password there.

Continue the repair process. It is strongly recommended that you continue the repair until it is completed.

You are done, the password is replaced. The password strength does not matter in this case.

Method 3:

Boot your computer from a live Linux CD or DVD which has an NTFS/HPFS file-system support.

Then Mount the drive which has Windows copy installed on it. Copy the sam file on the location

C:WindowsSystem32configsam

Which will be mentioned as /media/disk-1/Windows/System32/config/sam

It is a common misconception that sam file can be viewed through normal text editor, sam file isnt a normal text file.

Gnome, KDE or vim text Editors won’t display the content of this file

Open the file using Emacs Editor (available in nearly all the distributions of Live Linux). It will be hard to find the the password hashes, so go for the user-names which are not encrypted, just after the user-names passwords’ hashes can be found out, copy the code between “%” sign and on the the Google search for the rainbow tables, They will provide the decrypted value which have already been brute-forced earlier. This is isn’t a sure shot method, as the rainbow project is still under development. The password can be set to NULL by deleting the content, but this might result in the corruption of the sam file, andrecovery is the only option left after it.

Limitations: This Method can corrupt your SAM file, which may lead to a repair of Windows XP, and you can risk your personal data with that.

Method 4:

OPHcrack method.

This is a sure shot password recovery method based upon bruteforcing.

This Live CD is based upon the slax LiveCD v.5.1.7. It has been customized to include ophcrack 2.3.3 and the SSTIC04-10k tables set. It is able to crack 99.9%% of alphanumeric passwords. Since the tables have to be loaded into memory, cracking time varies with the amount of available RAM. The minimum amount of RAM required is 256MB (because the LiveCD uses a lot of it). The recommended amount is 512MB. Ophcrack will auto-detect the amout of free memory and adapts its behaviour to be able to preload all thetables it can.

A shell script launched at the beginning of the X session(Session for managing your desktop) does the job of finding the Windows partition and starting appropriate programs to extract and crack password hashes. It will look for all partitions that contains hashes. If more than one are found, you will have to choose between them.

If your partition is not detected, make sure your the partition containing the hashes you want to crack is mounted and the use ophcrack ‘Load from encrypted SAM’ function to recover your Windows hashes. Then click ‘Launch’ and the cracking process will start.

This is how it goes:

1. You need Firefox ( http://www.mozilla-europe.org/de/firefox/)

Now a Window should open up and you can select where the files should be downloaded. You unselect everything exept movies and then there should be only 1 more link highlighted.

Determine Your Facebook Page’s Value [APPS]

Determine Your Facebook Page’s Value [APPS]

Social media management company Vitrue has released a free tool today, the Social Page Evaluator, designed to help marketers get a better understanding of a Facebook Page’s value.

Just submit a Facebook Page URL and the app will come up with a valuation based on factors like number of fans, number of posts per day, number of interactions and so forth.

It’s a cool — if not completely scientific — way to gauge the potential value of your Facebook Page to advertisers. The formula used by theSocial Page Evaluator is related to the formula that Vitrue released last month to estimate the relative value of Facebook Fans to big brands.

The tool, which was built over 63 hours in a Startup Weekend-style project, is adjustable and interactive. For instance, the base rate of Earned Media Value (or CPM in more traditional terms) is $5, but this can be adjusted to a higher or lower value depending on the brand in question.

Likewise, there is a “Fan-tasize” section that lets you manipulate other features like number of posts per day, engagement level and Fan count to see how that affects the valuation.

Determine Your Facebook Page’s Value [APPS]

You can also compare a Facebook Page with up to three other brands at a time and view a Page’s value history. In addition to thevaluation data, there is also a list of best practices for getting the most out of your Facebook Page.

So how accurate is this tool? It’s difficult to determine, as it is based on a formula that, while derived from a study of large brands, is obviously not going to be applicable to all companies. Still, it’s a fun, easy way to get an idea of the factors that impact a Facebook Page valuation. It’s also a good stepping stone for marketers to start thinking about the potential advertising power of a Facebook Page.

What do you think of the tool? Let us know!
